SHIPPING.

The Union Company’s Waikaro arrived from Auckland and Sydney at 5 o’clock last evening, and sailed again for Southern ports late last evening. The Union Co.’s To Anau left for Auckland at half-past nine, taking the following passengers from this port:—Mrs Moore and child ; Miss McAJeer; Messrs Wright, Friar, Hood. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Fanny

left Napior shortly after 4 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon, and did not arrive in Gisborne until 8 o’clock yesterday morning, owing to a north-east sea. The steamer left for Napier at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon taking six horses shipped by Mr Redstone. Her cargo for this port comprised: 2250 ft of timber hnd 810 posts, also a quantity of sundries. Mr Anven was a passenger. The schoonor Waiaptt leaves for Coast ports on Saturday. The Herald is due from Southern ports on Saturday. The Zealandia arrives from Southern ports on Saturday morning, and loaves for Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m. The To Anau arrives from Auckland on Sunday afternoon.
