Herald arrived from East Coast Bays and Auckland at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Owing to tho rough weather the only ports worked wore To Araroa and Tort Awanui. Tho steamer loft for Napier last evening. Tho schooner Ohio and tho ketch Coronation are due from Auckland, but it is expected that owiDg to the north-east wind and heavy soa3 on the Coast they will not put in an appearance for a day or so. Messrs Biohardson and Co.’s s.s. Fanny loft Napier for Gisborno at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, and arrived early this morning. Her cargo consists of goneral oargo.
