THE .VISIT OF, THE EXPERT., (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. Mr Hancock, the American hydraulic expert, will first inspect the Wairau Falls, near Whangarei, afterwards going on to the Iluka Falls, the Manawatu and Rangatikei rivers and then on to the South Island. The great Southern lakes are said to offer great possibilities for electrical power.
