Nothing, however, shall make it lawful for any co'hvbination, or any of its members which has for its object the breaking or inducing others to break contracts, and no trade union or industrial union, or association of employers, shall be liable for any suit or action, nor shall their funds he in any way chargeable in respect of anything done, spoken, or written during, or in connection with an industrial dispute, by any agent, if'it is proved that the agent has 'acted without instructions, or without the knowledge of the union or association.
