LIGHT SENTENCES. By Telegraph—Press Aeaociation—Copyright Berlin, Oct. 1. Dr. Bogauz has been sentenced to four years' penal servitude and eight years’ los3 of his civil rights for accepting bribes. His wifo was sentenced to six months on a chargo of abetting hor husband. The Bogauz family of four lived upon bis salary of £9O a year. Three millionaire bank directors and three leading lawyers, convicted of bribing Bogauz received sentences ranging to four months and were each lined 3UU marks. They received information through Bogauz Rom tho public archives regarding criminal and civil proceedings, insolvency frauds, and divorce cases.
