HOPE OF HEARING MR BALFOUR IN LONDON.

A telephone receiver will be placed in front of Mr Balfour to-niglit when, he is delivering at Sheffield the speech embodied in the recently - issued pamphlets, and it .is hoped his voice will be audible in London. (Sheffield is 158 miles from London.)
