YPo the Editor Gisborne Times.; Sir,—Undor tho above heading Captain Tucker declares that aftor striking out reduplication there romain fewer than 750 voters, and ho calculates that tho carrying of tho loan proposals would havo brought tho debt 'Vo to nearly £l2O per hoad.
