Pe A Press Association. Auckland, last night. The Avondalo Jockey Club spring meet' ing was concluded to-day in fine weather, and in the presence of a good attendance, Tho amount put through tho totalisator was £7689. The results were:
Maiden Hurdles: Gatelock 1, Waimana2, Mount Zeehan 3. Irish also started. Won by eight lengths. Time, 3.30 3-sths, Div., £5 18s.
Hack Handicap : Noteorini 1, Wood Mount 2, Cyrus 3. Also started: Lord Seaton, Bonomiana, Daffodil, Ngat-oro, Kitty, and Mokomoko. Won by seven
lengths. Time, 1.4. Divs., £2 2s and £6 2s.
Handicap Steeplechase : Kanaka 1, The Pullack 2. Also started ; Nor’-west, Tuni r Pufimg Billy, Incheape, and Kowhai, Won by two lengths, only the two finishing, Puffing Billy fell, and the others ran off. _ Time, 6.20. Divs., £2 23 and £2 10s, Welter Handicap: Maro 1, Porangi 2, Orange and Blue 3. Also started: Green and Gold, Taplow, Black and Gold. Blair--carrig. Camille, Swagsman, Rex, Lee Delaval, Seatonia, Bonheur, aud Jack Brown. Won by over a leDgth. Time, 1.18. Divs., £2O 6s and £2 11s.
Grandstand Handicap: Dolores 1, St. Olga 2, Muskerdale 3. Also started: Strathavon, Putty. Durable, Marshall Soult, Yal Rosa, Idasa, Lavadel, and Bobs. Won by three lengths. Time 1,44. Divs. £3 and £5 Bs.
Electric Handicap: Cordon Rouge 1, Vulpine 2, Porangi 3. Also started : Green and Gold, Austerlitz, Orange and Blue Desdemona, Bloodstone, Alba Rose, and Delia Rose. Won by a leDgth and a half. Time, 50 4-sth sec. Divs., £3 and £2 15s. Pony Handicap : Sally'Horner 1, Lottie Sentinel 3. Also smarted: AnnoyedSweet Marie, Storyteller, and Little Mabel! Won by a length and a half. Time, 1.19, Divs., £7 4s and 12s. . ‘
Publicans’ Handicap : St. Olga 1, Cygnet 2, Camille 3. Also started : Aka Aka, Lady Bobs, Agrapus, and Swagsman, Won by a bare length. Time, 1.32, DiYS,, £2 10a and £1 4a.
