HORSEMAN AND LADY CYCLIST

Wanganui, .last night.
At the Supremo Court to-day tho jury again disagreed in tho case against Birchloy, of causing bodily harm, and the Crown abandoned tho case. In this ease the accused, who was on horseback, came in collision with a cyclist, who had her leg broken.
