POSTAL CHANGES.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The following changes in CliiefPostmastors are about to take place : Mr E. Cook, of Duuodin, retires ou a pension; lio will be replaced by Mr J. W. Wilkin, of Auckland, who is to be succeeded by Mr D. Cummiug, at present stationed in Wellington. Mr J. Hutton, of Timaru, will become Chief-Postmaster at Wellington. His successor will bo Mr W. McHutchoson, from the Thames.
