ARBITRATION COURT.
ALLEGED EVASION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh Received 10.45 p.m., Sept. 23 Sydney, Sept. 23.
In connection with the Parliamentary Committee to enquire into the alleged evasion of the Arbitation Act, the principal witness obeyed a summons to attend, but refused to be sworn. The matter has been referred to Parliament. The AttorneyGeneral advised the Committee that it had no power to compel the witness to bo sworn. The Cabinot considers the position to-morrow.
