A Presentation.
Per Press Association. Nelson, last night. Mr Wilson Heaps, who has been Collector of Customs at this port for many years, was presented with a gold albert by Mr Wratt, on behalf of the staff and other Customs officials who had been associated with him. Most kindly reference was knade to the consideration and kindness Mr Heaps had always shown to subordinates and to the regret felt at his retirement from the service. . ,
