THE EAREE DIVORCE.
JURY FIND FOR PETITIONER ON EVERY COUNT.

Tho Earee divorce caso was continued this morning. Respondent, being further cross-examined, stated that when she found she was going to have a second child her husband said . “ You had better go to the old doctor and see if ho can give you something to stop it.” No further evidence was called. Mr Morison, counsel for the defence, said the adultery on April Gth and 7th was admitted, but there was not one title of evidence of subsequent adultery. He spoke in scathing terms of the conduct of the co-respondent, and claimed that the respondent was the victim of two men. One was her husband, who had failed m lus duty to her as his wife ; and the other was co-respondent. Counsel’s address is unfinished. In the Earee divorce case, JVir Myers, for petition, contended that none of the respondent’s allegations were borne out by the evidence, lhe jury returned in half an hour with findings for petitioner on every count-
