COOK COUNTY COUNCIL., MANGAMAIA LOAN. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested io them in that behalf by ‘‘The Counties’ Act, 1886,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows:

“ That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £I3OO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council, under the provisions of ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for surveying and constructing a dray road on the Mangatu river, at Whatatutu, to Barron’s section No. 6, Mangatu 1., the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Bate of One Penny fn the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Special District, comprising Lot 1 of 1, subdivision 8, subdivision 6, subdivision 5 and 4, Lot 3 of subdivision 1, Lot 2 of subdivision 1, and all of Mangatu 1 Block, and that such Special Bate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currenoy of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during a period equal to the currenoy of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.” The foregoing Special Order was made at a Special Meeting, held on the 28th August, 1903, and will be confirmed at a Meeting to be held on the 2nd of October.
