Per Press Association. Hamilton, last night,

A oase of considerable interest to dairy farmers was heard in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday and to-day. Harrison Benton claimed .£2OO from J. J. Rayneß for alleged breaches of contract re milking on sharos. It was stated that Raynes, who owned a farm, persisted in grazing two or three hundred sheep on paddocks supposed to be allotted to plaintiff, even after the commencement of tho contract. The case depended on tho questions whether defendant was only obliged under the agreement to find suitable pasture on any part of the farm,' 'and other suitable pasture could bo provided by defendant if he persisted in running sheep in such numbers upon that pasture. Aftor a lengthy hearing, tho Magistrate said he would give a written judgment. He intimated that his judgment would be for plaintiff. ;
