COOK COUNTY, WAIMOKO LOAN No. 2. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by “ The Counties' Act, 1886,” and “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows

“That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £IOO, authorised to be raided by the Cook County Council under the provisions of 1 The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for completing the bridge aoross the Waimoko River, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of Three Farthings in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property ol the Waiomoko Loan District No. 2, comprising Sections 2 and 3, Block X, Whangara Survey District, and that such Special Bate shall be an annual-recutring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the Ist day of January in oaoh and every year during a period hqual to the ourrenoy of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid . oS. The rate of interest to be 4J per cent.” The foregoing special order was made at a Special Meeting of the Cook County Council on Friday, the 28th day of August, 1903, and will be confirmed at a Meeting to be held on FRIDAk, 2nd October, 1903.
