ANOTHER BLOW TO AUCKLAND
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Mr Justice Conoily’s resignation has been received and accepted. The vacancy on the Supreme Court Bench will be filled by the appointment of Mr Chapman, of Dunedin.
