Each of the two stewards of the Royal Arthur who were discovered with a large number of cigars in their possession have been fined £SO. A list was produced showing that for seventeen days preceding August 4th 51,000 cigarettes, 9000 cigars, and 219 pounds tobacco had gone to the flagship.
