Tho Union Company’s s.s. Tarawera arrived from South early this morning, and leaves for AuoklaDd, The last launch leaves the wharf at 6 a.m.
' The s.s. Westralia arrives from Sydney and Auckland this afternoon, and leaves for South during the evening. The s.s. Herald leaves Auckland at 3 p.m. to-day for Coast ports and Gisborne. The schooner Aotea arrived in Auckland yesterday. Captain Skinner reports as follows —Sailed from Gisborne Thursday, 6th ; worked Tolago Bay and Tokomaru Friday ; and Waipiro, Tuparoa, Awanui, Saturday'; returning the same evening to Waipiro on Sunday finished Waipiro ’and rounded the East Cape at 6 p.m. Monday ; worked Te Araroa, Hick’s Bay, Okoare, and -Urete ( Tuesday; worked Baakokau, Tekaha, but owing to bad weather waited till Sunday, leaving Omaio at,2 p.m., and arriving at Auckland this morning, with a full cargo.
