SPECIAL LOAN OE £75,000, IVTOTICE IS HEREBY: GIVEN -Er that the Gisborne Borough Council intends to take the necessary, proceedings to obtain the consent of the Electors to borrow, £75,000 byj way of a Special Loan for the following undertakings:— Ist. .The particular undertakings proposed to be engaged in are a. A high-pressure water, supply] from Waihirere, including payment for land already acquired for this purpose and the expenses of acquisition thereof.
