Several leading Japanese politi“cians have formed an Association irrespective of parties. They, have issued a' manifesto urging Russia/ to terminate the complications between the two countries. It declares that Russia’s doings in Korea aro ■a violation of the Convention. LONDON, Aug. 12.
The Standard’s Kieff correspondent stipes that 26,000 troops leave Moscow ■in the nest six weeks for the Far East.'
