THE HOP INDUSTRY.
By Telegraph —Press Association. Nelson, last night. A meeting of barley hop and growers was held to-day to consider the advisability of co-operating with the Marlborough barley growers who purpose sending a deputation to wait on the Premier respecting the licensing laws. Opinion was favorable to action that will safeguard their interests, and meetings are to be held in the country districts.
