If they went no further this session than to give the necessary machinery for sub division of the colony they would do good work in laying the foundation of a scheme. providing for tho licensing of public billiard rooms, othor than those connected with hotels or clubs, and for prohibiting public unlicensed billiard rooms. It wai also deoided that no public billiard roon shall be kept open after 11 p.m.
