OUTBREAK OF ANTHRAX
STOCK ON. ANOTHER FARM AFFECTED. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. It is reported that one of the cattle on Mr Potter’s farm, at Pukekoho, next to Mr Latimer’s, on which the anthrax outbreak occurred has died. The Government veterinary surgeon left this afternoon to investigate. Mr E- D. Halstead, veterinary surgeon who was reported to be suffering from the disease, is quite well, and has resumed his professional duties.
