Mr Smith, rop-esont.ative of the urn ployees on the local Arbitration Court, states that the Federated Seameu’s Union is discussing tbe situation raised by Mr Kingston’s resignation. They do not intend to remain satisfied with the introduction of certain clauses in the Navigation Bill. They will insist, through their representatives in the Federal Parliament, in having legislation through the Fedoral Arbitration Bill, and nothing else. If they do not get it there will be another big maritime trouble.
