ANOTHER ACCIDENT.

Whilst the lighter Queen tvas being towed in from the Niwaru last evening, cargo-laden, she got into the trough of a heavy, roll, and capsized in deep water.' .The lighter was owned'by. Captain •Tonkin and Mr Kinross' White, and was uninsured. .The lighter’s cargo consisted of iron, slate, and casks of beer, nearly all for Napier. She was built in 1864, her tonnage being 46. An enquiry into the Niwaru 'accident has been fixed for Monday, before Mr Turnbull, S.M. NAPIER, last night.
There is practically no change in the position of the Niwaru. Little progress was made to-day in pump, mg, but it is hoped that with the addition of the two centrifugal pumps which arrived to-day a much greater volume of water will be taken out. As soon as the pumping, is successful, the steamer will be again taken to the anchorage.
