CHINESE LOAN.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 4.7 p.m., July 19. Pekin, July 18. The Chinese Govornmont has oonoluded arrangements for a loan of two million tads, with a proviso that the Chinese Bank, in lieu of interest, receives certain privileges in Chinese Turkestan.
