IT is hereby notified that it is the intention of the above-named Board, at a Meeting to be held on TUESDAY, July 21st, 1903, to strike a General Kate of Three Fartnings in the £, in terms of Section 37 of “ The Rating Act, 1894," and Section 114 of “ The Road Boards Aot, 1882 ”; the said rate to be on the capital value of all rateable property within the Kaiti Road District, for the period of One Hear, from the Ist April, 1903, to the 31st Maroh, 1904, and to be due and payable in one sum on August sth, 1903, at the office of the Board, Lowe street, Gisborne. .
