THE H ARB OB BOARD intend, on the 30th day of July, 1903, to confirm a Speoial District and Ordinary Rate on rateable property of the whole Harbor District, in tne proportions of the different parts of the said district, of 12-lGths of Id in the £ on rateable property in the BOROUGH OP GISBORNE; 12-32nds of Id in the £ on rateable property in the COUNTY OP COOK; and 5-32nds of Id in the £ on rateable property in the TOLAGO and WAIAPU DISTRICTS, to be made under the provisions of “ The Rating Act, 1882.” “The Gisborne Harbor Act, 1884,” and the several amendments thereof, “ The Crown and Native Lands Rating Acts Repeal Aot, 1888,” and “ The Rating Act, 1894 " (sections 37 to 44, both inclusive), for the annual period commencing on the Ist day of January, 1903, payable, in two equal instalments on the 15th and 31st days of August, 1903, to provide interest on the £200,000 Loan.
