A suggestion made at the meeting of the R form League last evening was not to a! ow the windows of hotels to be painted, so that persons who went in to drink m ght be seen by people passing. It was pointed out that a similar scheme was carried out with much effect in America. Dingoes have lately been making great havoc among the flocks at Ma-?; nila, New South Wales. 1
