XT is hereby notified that it is the intention of the above-named Board, at a Meeting to be held on TUESDAY, July 21st, 1903, to strike a General Bate of Three Fartnings in the £, in terms of Section 37 of “ The Bating Act, 1891,” and Section 114 of “ The Road Buards Aot, 1882 ”; the said rate to be on the capital value of all rateable property within the Haiti Boad District, for the period of.
