Ai the Appeal Court to-day it was arranged 1 lia.fi the Gisborne case of Ritchie v. Hail be taken first tomorrow. Counsel were not ready in any of the other eases. Jt was stated that lltey expected the licensing cases 'to he taken first. These are not likely to be reached before Friday.
