FAILURE.

The Canard Steamship Company has withdrawn from the passenger rates agreement in the Atlantic shipping combine, alleging unfair treatment. Berlin, June 23. Tile newspaper National Zeitung says that I’ierpont Morgan’s shipping trust has proved a failure, and fnete is no danger of the Americanization of German shipping.
