COUPELLING FREEZING WORKS
TO USE THEM

The City Council tbis evening discussed at tangth tho question as to whether freezing companies should be allowed to slaughter at their own works, while hutches woro compelled to slaughter at the Council's abattoirs, which will be completed soon. It was decided to place all ontbo sarno footing, and refuse all applications to slaughter away from tho municipd abattoirs.
