(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night,
The Melbourne assessors appointed to report on the plans submitted by architects for a building for the Victoria College have given first place to Messrs Penty and Blake’s plan, and second to Mr Charlesworth’s. The building will be erected in accordance with the first-named.
