Breach of Agreement.
Per Press Association, INVERCARGILL, last night. In the case of J. Caird v. A. Muir, a claim for one thousand pounds damages for breach of agreement regarding the sale of flax, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiffs for £56 Argument on the legal points was reserved.' The Court then went on to hear (he ease J. Maealister v. .J. and D. Clark, claim £306 for breach cl agreement regarding the purchase of a threshing mill and plant.
