CAI’KTOWN, June 8. Although Ben Vilincn selected a Mexican locality for irreconcilable Dorrs, he himself has settled in •South Africa. lie considers that the outlook at the Cape is hopeful, and adds that if the officials adopt the 1 lonic Government's admirable policy the hatred engendered by the war will soon disappear.
