FOUR LADIES BURNED TO DEATH AND MANY INJURED. - By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh Received 10.18 p.m., May 27. Paris, May 27. During wedding festivities at Arras, a fire occurred in tho ballroom. Four ladies were burned to death and twenty terribly injured.
