SEQUEL TO CLAIM FOB A THOU. SAND DAMAGES. By Telegraph —Press Association. Napier, last night. Alexander Eagleton, tobacconist, and his assistant, H. 17.I 7 . Fraser, were arrested this afternoon on a charge of tote betting and keeping a common gambling house. These cases are the outcome or the evidence tendered in the libel actioD, Eagleton v. the proprietors of the Daily Telegraph.
