In tho l’ullas dispute the stewards decided to return investors’ money, less 10 per cent, and tho question of tho stake money to be decided at a later meeting. The results were Hack High-weight Handicap.— Boira 1, Helios 2, Miss O’Connell 3. Ail started. Won by a nose. Time 1.19 45, div. £44. Kalmar Galloway Handicap.— Hearts 1, Rangitikei 2, Lucrctia 3. All started. Won by a length. Time 1.6 V, div. £5 4s. Autumn Handicap.—Kclbnvn 1, Secret Society 2, Zealous 3. Other starters: Pallas and Clanbourne. Won easily bytwo lengths. Time 1.44, div. £2 10s. Trial Handicap.—Don Bell 1, Arkan 2, Kaolin 3. All started. Won by a length. Time 1.19 1-5, div. £l3 10s. Juvenile Stakes, —Lo Enfield 1, Firebrand 2. All starccd. "Won by a length. Time 1.18, divs. £7 10s and £l. Winchmoro Welter.—Catherine Gordon 1, Zealous 2, Antigone 3. All started but Firebrand. Won by two lengths. Time 1.31 4 5, div. £3. Wakanui Handicap.—Hypnotist 1, Golden Mere 2, Ordnance 3. Pallas and Secret Society were scratched. Won by a length. Time 1.4, diva. £4 14s and £2 Ss.
