MAORI PASSENGERS NOT ALLOWED TO LAND.

Tho Customs authorities to-night prohibited tbo landing of throe Maori passengers by tho Mokoia, from New Zealand. Tho reason is not definitely known, but it is understood that they failed to comply with the test provided under tho Aliens’ Restriction Act.
