EMPIRE SKATING KINK.

OPENED LAST EVENING.

Messrs C. E. Morse and F. Loouib, proprietors of the Empire Skating Kink, are to he congratulated upon the successiul opening of the season at the Theatre Royal last evening. There was a large attendance, upwards of three hundred skaters and spectators being present, and a very pleasant time was spent. The floor was in good order and excellent music was provided by the City Band. Amongst the skaters were a large number of beginners, the antics of whom caused much amusement to the spectators. All the skates used last evening were new, last season’s skates having been disposed of, and great pleasure was thereby afforded to the lovers of this healthy winter pastime. The rink will he open this afternoon and on Saturday evening.
