Bartholonew Bros., a claim for .£IOO damages for trespass and for an injunction restraining the defendants from cutting timber at Piripin.was i The claim arose out of a boundary dispute, and after hearing the evidence of 1 number of witnesses His Honor gave Xr , cn t for plaintiffs, the preponderance 1 B P “donee being in their favor.
