During the months of May, June, July, Auuust, and Sebtjsmujsb, in every year, all heavy traffic (as defiued by the Public Works Act, 1891) of any kind shall cease upon the Kaiti Esplanade Road, abutting the Turanganui River. 2. Every person who shall use such Road durirg the aforesaid months for heavy traffic, as above defined, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding the sum of £5 on every occasion on which the same shall be so used.
