RESIGNATION OF CABINET.

Tlio Daneff Cabinet has resigned owing to the incident between Prince Ferdinand and the Ministers of the Interior and Instruction. Prince Ferdinand has summoned M. Pelkoff, leader of the Stambuloll party, to form a Cabinet.
