LAND FOR SETTLEMENT

Tc-night’s Gazette announces that the Government has determined to compulsorily acquire the Matamata Estate of 45,062 acres, in the Auckland district. The land is classified as follows : —11,760 acres first-class, 16,840 second-class, 16,462 third-class. The property is owned by the Assets Realisation Board,
