SYDNKY, May 12. (Irani. and .Jones are again being Iried for the murder of Constable Lone at Auburn. Wolford, the principal witness, again failing to remember anythin!;, the Coverimient medical odicer deposed that lie was malingering.
Tim Judge severely eautiolied Wolford. The latter appealed for a promise of protection. When lliis was given, and after consulting his solicitor, witness found his memory, and, under pressure from the Judge, gave evidence similar to that, tit the first, trial. The cross-examination is not finished.-
