DEAT H OF SIR OLIVER MOWAT. (Per R.M.S. .Sierra at Auckland.) Ottawa (Oat.), April 10Sir Oliver Mowat, Lientcnant-Govcraor of Ontario, died to-day at Government House, aged 73 years.
