Herald from Coast ports brought tlin following passengers for this port : .Miss Wall ; Mesdatncs Johnston and Cottoroll ; Messrs Chermvorth, Pottie, McGee, and Dickenson, SLo sailed for Napier in tho evening. The schooner Awariui’s cargo consists of 74 tons gencrai for Mr A. Murray, 05 ' tons coal for Sheridan and Co., 11l tons coal and iiOOft mouldings for Kennedy and Evans, oOUft mouldings and I) packages* joinery for I l ’. Stafford, 240 cases keroseno for dillcrcnt consignees, 5 tons v/iro for Williams and Kettle. The Awanui also has 0 tons of general and 2000 bricks for Tolago Jiay, and 18,000 ft timber for Whangara, which she will discharge on her return trip.
Messrs iluddart, Parker and Co.’s Zeafandia arrives from Sydney and Auckland to-morrow afeornoon, and proceeds South in the evening. Tho ketch Coronation arrived yesterday. Her cargo comprises 0000 ft for Mackrcll and Colley, County Couucil, and Gisborne Creeping Company, 50 tons coal, and 10 tons .sundries for different consignees. „ The cargo by tho Wakanui consisted of 4210 carcases mutton, 1040 carcases lamb, from Gisborne Sheepfarmcrs’ Company ; 02 hales wool, 200 sacks linseed, from Common, Shelton and Co. ; 100 bales woo), from Dennett and Shorratt ; 170 bales wooi, 400 pockets wool, 1-107 sacks linseed, from Doan arid Mercantile Agency Company, Limited.
