Tho Times states that tho Sultan of Turkey has withdrawn the recent note to which Bulgaria objected. Ferdinand is said to bo suffering from a bad throat. Other advices assort that a Macedonian pamphlet accused him of betraying tho national ideal?, and threatens him.
